We offer FREE delivery for all orders to residents of the UK mainland with the exception of certain postcodes including the following:-
AB, DD, FK, V1 - IV, KW, KY,PA, PH19 - PH, which incur an additional charge. These charges vary according to product ordered. Please telephone for a precise charge.
We do NOT ship outside the UK mainland.

With the exception of the Garden Gifts, delivery is made by carrier and deliveries take place on weekdays between 9am and 5pm. If these times are not suitable please inform us so that alternative arrangements can be made. It should be noted that deliveries will always require a valid signature.

If any goods are damaged on arrival, please notify the delivery driver, if possible, and endorse the delivery note accordingly. Please check the goods as soon as possible after receipt. Customers must notify us of any damage or shortages within 24 hours of receipt so that these problems can be rectified.
